Another wacky offering from the Delaware brewery. I recently have grown to like candied ginger, so I thought I'd give this a shot. I stole a small sample from a friend of a friend of a friend, like a half Bacon. One good thing about Dogfish Head, truth in advertising. I could definitely taste the Ginger. I'm glad I had a sample, but don't think I could have put down any more.
Also, I made a sad discovery last night while praising the 120-Minute IPA - I could no longer find it on the Dogfish Head web site. I guess they don't make it any more? That would be very sad. Let me know if you've seen one recently.
